Saturday (a missed Rundgang at the Kunstakademie)
This time I didn’t make it to visit the annual students' exhibition at the Kunstakademie in Düsseldorf. I was there late in the afternoon there and now they close earlier then I remember from past years.
Düsseldorf Saturday, February 16, 2008While I was going out from the main train station in Cologne, a young guy came to me and offered to take a candle and go in the Dom to se how it looks today, lit up only by candles. I love the Dom! For me this church is one of my favourite buildings that civilisation ever managed to realise.

Society is so boring and conservative. Right now it's about selling to men and making women compare themselves with the billboard (to feel shitty and spend money, ov course).
I'm waiting for the day when everyone's liberated enough that city billboards are plastered in male sex objects. Until then, my voyeuristic side is searching for a neighbour to look at.
